Wegen is building a platform designed to connect the underserved minority real estate ecosystem to combat gentrification for communities throughout the US. The platform will be used to provide investment opportunities for minority investors seeking to build out a portfolio of diversified real estate projects in their communities. Concurrently, property owners and developers will have access to a source of capital to execute new developments in these areas and partner with local real estate development service providers.
